Mother and the Addicts Release ‘Science Fiction’ in the States in September

We find them more at the Fall side of Britrock, with their irreverent dabbling in everything from rockabilly to disco, but perhaps it’s Mother and the Addicts’ Glasgow home base and clever sly wit… you can’t help but bring up the names Franz Ferdinand or Jarvis Cocker when referencing these boys. Their second record, Science Fiction Illustrated, will be released on Chemikal Underground on September 18.
