Jack Peñate’s US Debut

Jack Peñate is already an NME darling, and we’ve got a strong feeling he’s going to be a big star in the States as well. Sentimentalist Magazine caught him playing a day party at Fontana’s in Nolita during CMJ and he put an instant smile on our faces. He’s got all the charisma of a Broadway star, but without the cheese factor, thank God!
His record, Matinée, will be released in the US on January 22nd, 2008 on XL Recordings.
