The Killers kept us waiting two years, but as a holiday bonus (and to help us dance off Thanksgiving pounds), they are back with their 3rd studio album, Day & Age, on November 24th, 2008 on Island Records. This is their very-anticipated follow-up to 2006′s Sam’s Town and 2004’s Hot Fuss.

After all of their awards and successes, the band is back with ten songs (said to be their most adventurous yet), from the synth atmospherics of first single “Human” to the epic, chunky guitars and horn swells of “Losing Touch” to the lighter-raising “Spaceman.”

Day & Age’s cover artwork was created by artist Paul Normansell, who painted portraits of each band member.
