And now on September 22nd via Mute, Nick Cave and Warren Ellis will release a retrospective of sorts of the efforts called White Lunar, a two CD set comprised of their soundtrack compositions, a selection of film scores, rare and previously unreleased material.

Friendly Fires Sign on to NYLON’s Winter Music Tour, Will Perform on Kimmel in August

Big news out of the Friendly Fires camp this week. First came the announcement that the English group’s debut record was nominated for a 2009 Mercury Prize, and now they are set to jump on to NYLON’s inaugural Winter Music Tour in mid-November.
