The official Nine Inch Nails Website posted a pre-holiday promise from Trent Reznor that 2010 will bring some new tunes from his studio-only project, or less specifically, he says, music “including new material from Nine Inch Nails and something else that isn’t Nine Inch Nails.”

To amp fans up for the new work to come, the website has also posted front page links to video clips from some of the most recent, and memorable, NIN concerts, including a performance of “Last” (with Reznor sounding quite like a growling Paul Stanley of Kiss), from a June stop in Holmdel, NJ and a cover of Bowie’s “I’m Afraid of Americans” from their Toronto show on the same tour.
