Hours after Soundgarden announced itself last night as one of the headliners of Lollapalooza 2010, the final lineup was revealed without the teasing letter-by-letter wacky wordplay, and it’s a doozy. In addition to the Chris Cornell-fronted behemoths, Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire, Green Day, Phoenix and The Strokes are also set to descend upon Chicago’s Grant Park from August 6-8.

To round out the Yaysville of annual indie-rock cool over three days across eight stages, “why are they here?” and “whoa, they’re still together?” acts alike, Lollapalooza 2010 is also boasting performances by Erykah Badu, Grizzly Bear, MGMT, Hot Chip, Wolfmother, Mumford & Sons, The xx, Yeasayer and Dirty Projectors among many others.

At press time, Early Bird 3-Day Passes and Advance 3-Day Passes are sold out, but Regular 3-Day Passes remain, priced at $215. A VIP 3-Day Pass will set you back a sweet, Hills starlet-spotting $850.
