The whirling dervish known as Amanda “F–king” Palmer is presumably set to put her Radiohead-lovin’ magical ukulele down for a spell (along with her conjoined sister act) later this fall when she and Brian Viglione will launch the first proper Dresden Dolls tour in three years on October 31st, starting with the duo’s 10th anniversary show at New York’s Irving Plaza.

“The time apart has done nothing but given both of us an appreciation of how incredibly special and powerful our band is,” mused Palmer in a press statement. “Our live musical chemistry is completely unique, almost magical, and we don’t take that for granted. I can’t wait to get on a stage with Brian again. Nobody hits the drums like that man – he’s in a class all his own. And when we play together live, we create an entire world we can’t otherwise create.”
