According to their anonymous sources, NME reports that Blur will be regrouping in “the studio early next year. There’s no concrete plans regarding what they will do with the material, but if they’re all agreed it could become the first full Blur album to feature all four members in over a decade.”

Blur’s Damon Albarn mentioned to NME reporters last month that the band will be getting together to do “something small” in 2011. Putting in some studio hours certainly sounds a step up from a group lunch or  trip to the National Portrait Gallery. Stay tuned.
