Congrats go out to Scottish rockers Biffy Clyro, who have just beat out Arcade Fire and Muse, winning the 2011 Shockwave NME Award for Best Live Band.  Their latest album, Only Revolutions, which is on the verge of going double platinum in the UK, (with three Top 10 singles there), deserves some attention in the U.S. They’ve just completed an East Coast tour, including NYC, but Biffy Clyro are returning stateside this weekend to finish up their headlining tour, hitting Seattle, San Francisco, and topping it off with a sold-out show at the Troubadour in Los Angeles on March 1.  The band then returns to the States at the end of March for shows supporting Cage the Elephant, followed by a set at this year’s Bamboozle Festival in New Jersey.
