S!CK, the party that could, is becoming a cultural event that would, now that even the New Yorker has stodgily given some notice, while omitting details and getting some facts wrong, has crowned us with the finest prize: parents calling from all over the world saying, “ahem”, and “very good” and “wow, what fine language”. However, pay no heed to all that “jazz”, it’s still going to be just as weird and sick and whatever you will call an amazing experience. Listen to some of the performers in your private bubble and come join us this Friday at Santo’s.

[Mascara - "Shadow Of Tonight"

]

[Butterclock - "Milky Words"

]

Playing this song on repeat at the New Yorker offices.

[Nike7Up - "Swallowed"

]

[oOoOO

]

As an aside the last time I heard oOoOO DJ I had to hide in an electric closet for the fear of what the music was making me realize. Ten minutes later I was happily dancing with the rest of the crowd, no drugs were involved. Often I am an “eh, another martini please”, when it comes to DJ sets but all of the musicians tonight make me tense in preparation of their abilities in blowing the veil off my mind.

[Blissed Out - "//MYRTL3//WYCKFF//"

]

The phrase “shivering with anticipation” is in my mind, here I wrote it out on this screen now.

[White Ring - "Suffocation"

]

This song actually makes me breathe easier.

[Hussle Club - "Good Morning Midnight"

]

My sentiment exactly.

[Light Asylum - "Dark Allies"

]

A good friend mentioned that the Light Asylum shows in London pretty much ended in a riot.
