		<description><![CDATA[This morning I've received a delightful notice with the subject line "<a href="https://ipodlawsuit.com">In re Apple iPod iTunes Antitrust Litigation</a>", oh stand still my beating heart, this is quite preferable to those emails that someone is suing me. The gist of the note is about a class action lawsuit against Apple that is currently going forward in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. 

The "class" is all of those who have owned an iPod between a 2006 and 2009, and the crux of the argument of the "class" is that when Apple released a software update in 2006 that would only allow users to use their iPod with music purchased from iTunes (also an Apple product in case you are reading about this world for the first time) thereby effectively resetting the part of your music library that was not purchased directly from Apple...<p>a</p>
