I woke up Sunday afternoon feeling weakened and on my last limbs, to say the least. I suppose this is what I get for partying ’til sunrise at the techno tent with a mixture of Deadmau5 and Gwar supporters. Not too many people I know can admit to that, but I’m still not sure if it was worth it just to tell the story to my grandkids one day.

Bonnaroo 2010: Saturday, Strictly Main Stage with Dead Weather and Jay-Z

Saturday at Bonnaroo was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. There is no hyperbole in that statement. None. I was riveted by the performers I saw on Saturday. My expectations were extremely high going into the day and I wasn’t disappointed in the least. If anything, my expectations were exceeded.

Bonnaroo 2010: Entering The Festival

Before my life revolved around music, booze, women, and business I was quite the amateur baseball player. Playing baseball came first in my life from age 6 to 16, and there wasn’t a close second. One of my fondest memories was opening day. The feeling among us players was electric, it was palpable. The smell of the freshly cut grass was a huge shot in the arm. The whole experience was a picnic of feelings and emotions.
